Youth Leadership Council

The purpose of the North Carolina PALS Youth Leadership Council is to assist new and existing PALS across North Carolina to develop, implement and sustain a YLC in their area. The State YLC was also established to bring uniformity to the state in a whole. The NC YLC was established on Saturday, April 23, 2005.
